1. General conditions

Use of the website saboresmajoreros.com and the purchase of products through it implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Sabores Majoreros reserves the right to modify them at any time.

2. Product information

Our cheeses are artisan products made from 100% native Majorero goat's milk in accordance with the Majorero PDO regulations. Images are representative; the actual product may show minor variations inherent to the artisan process.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Orders are placed via WhatsApp; payment is made on delivery or by prior bank transfer, as agreed with the customer.

4. Shipping and delivery

We offer free delivery to hotels on the island of Fuerteventura for orders over €30. For deliveries outside the island, shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to the customer before confirming the order. The usual delivery time is 2–5 working days.

5. Returns

Given the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless there is an obvious defect or an error in the order. In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

6. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless applicable consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
